InVitro is an agent based ecosystem-level management strategy evaluation modelling framework. It has been specifically designed to consider multiple use management questions for the marine environment.
Full time modeler (and data support person if available) during initial model construction, but once model exists demands are much lower (as just executing model and summarizing results)
