Cambridge University Press published a book edited by Joachim Claudet on Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) entitled “Marine Protected Areas -- A Multidisciplinary Approach”. The bookuses a multidisciplinary standpoint to synthesize recent advances of a wide variety of sciences studying MPAs and reserve networks including ecology, economy, sociology, fisheries science and genetics. Another part of the book is a practical handbook for implementing scientific assessment studies and monitoring programs.
